a special day has jux gone by...tat special day was SUNDAY!! =DD
well...it was special for many reasons:
1) Played for main worship for the FIRST TIME! =D
2) Had Holy Communion for first time NOT at the projector
3) Jolene & (i think i saw) Amanda coming for church
4) went for some xmas thingy at national lib
now now...i noe some of this things may not seem special for u readers...BUT!!! it is to me!! lol...anyway...first things first. JOLENE!! suddenly come back s'pore become so thin liao...haha...eat more!! XD
well...the xmas thingy at national lib was great fun man!! at first i wasn't expecting much of a laugh...but...i really laughed my heart out!! and who wouldn't when Hossan Leong was one of the cast.haha...the rest of the casts were equally funny...though there was one part of the prog i was totally "huh?" over wat they were saying...coz in hokkien! lol...oh...and i THINK i saw two aldersgate church members there...can't really rmb their names since i dun go there every week...hmm...i think one of them was called Natalie coz Maverick always bugging me to say HI to her coz both of us are Nats. haha...the other one i can't rmb!! argh!! sorry uh!! lol..
ok...here are some stuff tat were funny
HL: u noe chinese ppl eats everything. because *chinese accent* confucius says "anything tat can move you can eat, anything tat cannot move the more you can eat" (starts picking imaginary things on the floor and eating them)
HL: so when i was young, my mum always force me to eat things. there was once i had an exam. so wat did she ask me to eat?
Audience: pig's brain
HL: yes! pig's brain! so now i muz do the exam with a combined brain power of two. Me...and a pig!
HL: china send astronauts into space...for wat? discover new things to eat aH?
*china accent* ah ming ah! ni guo lai kan kan! na li you MARSbar!! (takes and eat)
*china accent* zhe li ye you MOONcake!! (takes and eat)
HL: malaysia also send astronauts into space...u tell me for wat? waste money la! but nvm....in ringgit!
then there was this other guy? he dressed up as Rudolph. damn funny!
Hello! my name is Rudolph! u noe why my nose is red? because i got block nose. tat santa ah...whole day drunk one...then he will ask me to ride his car for him...his car model is..."sleigh"...dunno wat model issit la...so weird name "sleigh". then hor...Santa go around the world and enter their homes thru the chimney. but...S'pore where got chimney?! so u noe wat he do? he go up the rubbish chute! then rite...he go into ppl hse let them think he putting present under the tree...but no...he go ppl hse kiss their mother!!gosh...it was a lame night! haha...
