this year's NDP celebrations was by far the best i've ever seen
it was so good i didn't want to leave my seat
the military showcase was awesome and thrilling
backed with some really funny moments by the NDP hosts
and what a pleasant surprise!! there was the return of Barbarella Chantel McCully
oh...how i miss her on THE NOOSE XD
not forgetting the NDP songs that were so creatively put together into a unexpectedly nice sounding medley
although this year's NDP song wasn't the usual easy-sing-a-long but i thought the words were really meaningful and the tune was kinda nice too!:D
all in all, HAPPY BIRTHDAY SINGAPORE!

on a heavier note, this past week i kept having this feeling like i'm slowly losing contact with some of my friends in fairfield. probably coz of all the bad timings, like how we aren't free to talk and hang out and chill. and it doesn't help that i'm having my prelims and A lvls really really soon. once again i find myself looking at the clock and wondering why time flies by so quickly. wait...maybe "flies" isn't a suitable word. time more like bolts by nowadays. i think the stress is getting to me.

well...could have been better
but still i've sufficient reason to proclaim today as an awesome day
i think God has blessed me with much today
first He gave me my first A for bio in my JC life
then He gave me a nosebleed 2 min after seeing my marks
next He sent this hokkien-speaking lao ah ma to help me stop my nosebleed
and He even helped me to understand normal distribution!
many other things He's blessed me with today =)
ah well.was suppose to go for lunch with VIP today.
but sth last min cropped up..so i went for lunch with my classmate instead
i think i learnt quite a lot abt her like how she thinks of weird names for her future daughter, eg Sequoia, Shoshana(O.O)
awesome classmates i have.=D

this week has really been a memorable one for me. nvr really had a very significant sch week until this one. i must say i had loads of fun and stomachache-inducing laughters with my classmates. gosh! haven't felt like that ever since sec 4.

i mean...its just a song abt a guy with a magic flying carpet bringing a princess to many different places which someone without a flying carpet couldn't see right?
well...i guess thats true, but hey there aren't no magic flying carpets to bring you to places with breathtaking scenery and it would probably cost u quite a lot just to take a plane and without the thrill and excitement of you going "over, sideways and under" anywhere.

i was kinda pondering more on the title itself

the way Aladdin and Jasmine(the 2 lead characters in Aladdin)describes it - incredible
it just makes u wish someone would just take u away from all the troubles of this world and bring you on a ride of ur life yeah?
and i couldn't help thinking that the song was singing not just abt any other whole new world, but it was describing heaven
well...maybe it doesn't fully describe heaven, or should i say no one can really describe it
even all the vocabulary in the english world to describe splendor COMBINED is an understatement when it comes to what its like up there
and if ur alr excited abt what jasmine sees while she's up in the skies, the REAL thing would be million times better
it won't even just take ur breath away
it would probably provide you with the freshest cleanest air in the entire universe for you to breathe

but...how long can you keep swimming?

what a lousy time to get flu
havent been to sch for three days alr
i'm missing out on so many lessons!!!
plus...there's my bio lecturer who always calls ppl who didn't come sch to ans qns
and i realised going to a polyclinic when its on swine flu alert isn't really the most comforting idea.
i went to the pclinic and i told them i have flu symptoms
they directed me to another waiting area
wah...like kenna ostracised la
plus had to wear mask, which was the worse thing ever
imagine u have running nose, then u wear mask
its so much more humid than spore inside that mask la,
like an amazon rainforest in there
at least i survived
then ytd i developed a fever
plus i had to go sch for chi exam coz my chi teacher told me to
so i did...and i think i passed my flu to Caleb :P

woo!! today was quite eventful!!
school started as usual...
with the same-old same-old happenings
things started off different after sch when we all went to Bishan park for out annual cross country!
yupp! from Dover to Bishan and back to Dover for me.
lucky 2SC6 chartered a bus so my class could tag along
when we reached there, the park was actually quite nice...
but it was friggin' hot!!
and i think that made my hair turn molten red colour?
coz joy sim and her friend were asking if i dyed my hair red
well...things were really messy when the whole sch were there
honestly, i was kinda expecting the council to do sth...
like probably have plaque cards with the classes printed on it?
kinda like what Fairfield would do :P

ANYWAY

we took some time to settle down and i was getting ready to jog competitive
yup! JOG competitive, not RUN
since i was still recovering from flu...
the race started with me and Kah Keng jogging reeeeeeally slowly at the back...
it was kinda a nice pace to just fun jog and enjoy the scenery
after all it is a new place, another side of Spore i've nvr seen
ran and ran, but i think i slowly picked up speed coz KK couldn't keep up
but i was still doing fine...so i continued without him
started to overtake ppl in front
things were giong well until i could hear myself wheezing when i breathed during the second part of the run...
so i decided to slow down
and...yup! THANK GOD FOR KEEPING ME WITHIN TOP 80 EVEN THO I WASN'T IN THE RIGHT CONDITION TO RUN! =D

after that the girls competitive race was up...
and pretty soon it started to drizzle

and then rain

and then cats and dogs

and then @#^%*$^%@#^$@

the rain was so heavy that my vision was blurred
and the 8 or more tentages there weren't any good in sheltering us
how about if i stood at the centre of the tentage i'd still get wet?
the wind was crazy, blowing all the rain inside the tentage
so the whole school was drenched
and i mean the whole school
we ran for the nearest block at took shelter at the void deck
and i was freezing
but my friends were really nice to offer me 3 pieces of uniform to keep me warm

and a towel for drying myself

so we were dismissed early and the grp of us went to J8 to have dinner
but before that we changed into dryer clothes
i borrowed WJ's uniform and jiayi's AC jacket.
had no pants, so i wore my FBT pants...
man! i looked super weird!
oh well...we then had dinner at pizza hut and had fun there!
we went back after that...took really random photos!

like...how about having flu means i can't really take part in any physcial activities? ahh well...shan't complain anymore...
i was actually saying in my heart "are you human?"

oh well..went to see the doctor after that ordeal
doctor said i had loads of phlegm in my lungs
sounded kinda scary
how about i know pneumonia was water in the lungs
phlegm in the lungs sound so much deadlier
but he told me eat medicine cough the phlegm out
i hope its not another one of those cases of "easier said than done"
i guess i'd stay away from really physical activities...
hopefully CT would be more thoughtful

anyway...heres an old song i was introduced to during Sunday service

vball trainings' have been really irregular lately due to the rain
can't recall when was the last time i had training....hmmm...
ah well...really hope tmr's weather will be fine
which brings me to the question: why can't we use an indoor court like the badminton court which seems so friggin huge? i mean...i'm sure its big enough to accomodate both the badminton ppl and the vball ppl

anyway...i was stoning in school this morning and suddenly thought about why i was in sch...and realised life is really quite mundane, mainly due to sch
i know school is important and we can't really object to non-schooling...
so...i was thinking why not randomise our timetables everyweek!!
that way no two weeks is ever the same!
so thrilling right!!! haha :D

hmm...lauren & wenjie seem to be having the same illness
just today both of them told me that they can't speak
hope they get well soon! test coming up and they need to be healthy!
haha...and me and wenjie had a really funny conversation after sch

went to Derrick's hse ytd for some CNY gathering with the primers and a few other officers. gosh did we have loads of fun!
we played HIT OR MISS until super late: 12plus am
its this game where a category is given and everyone must write/say a thing that corresponds with the category.
so as many rounds went by, the answers started to get freaking hilarious!
can laugh until die!
one of the categories were FAMOUS FEMALES.
so usually it'd be ppl like Margaret Thatcher, Mother Theresa etc etc etc
then Samuel go say Celine Dion. which was super random! lol
another one was things ppl always lose
so we had all sorts of creative ans like "lose their way"
"lose their mind"
and then came someone who said lose their virginity.
at first it sounded alright...until we rmbed the category was things ppl ALWAYS lose
and we can only lose our virginity once! haha
nvr had this much laughter in ages!!
we shld totally play that game more often! XD

then WJ told me go gym on tues and thurs.

so early this morning(earliest i've ever come to sch), JoyS, Brian, JoyY, Wilson, TWFC(The Whole Fairfield Council) & I went to the fence where the two schs were divided and we sang for WILSON! at the end of it i realised it was quite a retarded idea coz it only lasted 3 mins and the whole council came down for him. LOL. oh well...but thanks FC!! =))
For daniel actually planned to bring him back to FMSS to get taupoked by the whole AQ team plus WJ & I. but then too bad no AQ and daniel was learning how to swim! quite cool ah...on bday learn something new! =D

FMSS orientation 2009 has been truly an enjoyable event for me!
spent these 3 days (plus one more for installation night) with the class of 1B '09 and the fellow SLs.
interaction btw me and the class didn't go smoothly on the first day...they were quite quiet plus i wasn't really doing much to get to know them since i was there to help the SLs. but as the days went by i really got to know most of them better. and i truly think this batch of sec 1s are one of the best in a long while. so i'm hoping and praying that good guidance and friends and teachers will lead to become leaders in their own way!
my class was kinda awesome coz they manage to create something like a trademark which i foresee might live on forever in their lives. and that was something i thought was really great for them as i know they will rmb their orientation even 10 years down the road!
now that orientation's over, i really hope to see them grow. keep in touch with them once in awhile.

its new year's eve and i went to Mr GlenMingTan's hse for a gathering of those who helped out. i think i'm gonna give us a group name....hmmm...how about...The Helpers? nah..sounds too cheap-labourish alr. haha. i'll think of sth when i think of sth! :D
basically we just met up, me, caleb, yibei, gina, sihui, fiona, joy sim(and also Mr Tan and Ms Liang).
even till now i still call her Ms Liang. not really used to calling her Mr Tan.=P
we spent the whole afternoon looking at the wedding photos and videos and their honeymoon pics with some really funny moments! XD
but its really nice to see the both of them tgt..although sometimes the way they couple talk(a bit of disagreements but in a nice way) its kinda weird..but its really nice!
then we played "are you an idiot" and i found out some of us really cannot lie and some of us is confirm plus chop cannot tell if lying or not coz of the same straight face(*ahem* yibei *ahem*) just kidding, yibei! :D

after the visitation, i had to rush down to Swissotel coz Weng Cheong called me and asked me to hurry! so i rushed down and met them at Suntec for dinner at pepper lunch.we shopped around and finally went back to our hotel rooms. it was super fun!!
it was just me, JM, Wilson, Caleb, Mark, Rachel, Wini! and we played bishibashi like mad! i think i was the bishibashi champion! muahahaha! after that we went to see the fireworks, but before that we looked down on all those passerbys and laughed at them coz they were scouring around like little mice, rushing thru the heaavy human traffic to get to marina bay while we could enjoy an unclaustrophobic experience watching the firewrks from our cozy hotel room balcony!
the fireworks were fantastic!! took a video of it, which somehow included a scene of a long strip of toilet paper being thrown down from the higher storeys!
we didn't really slp much that night. too much fun with the PS games.
and what a way to end of our stay at the hotel: Mark went to drink an $11 water thinking that all hotel water bottle is free! XD

i think i have a serious hip injury!
my left hip super pain whenever i twist and turn and walk
i'm really worried abt it
not just coz i'm afraid of wearing a hip cast
(omg! just imagine me wearing a hip cast... O.O NO WAY!!)
but i'm afraid that my sporty/active life will be affected
and i have napfa 2.4 tmr!!

my results haven't been the least satisfying
what the pong man! even those subjects that i felt i could have done not bad in didn't do so well
what is this world coming to!!!
that's like one more reason added to my "reasons for not coming to sch" list

had a flu & sore throat attack
went to see the doc ytd
total duration: 2hrs
90% of the time i was waiting for the doctor (WTP!!)
lucky i brought my iPod! haha =D
went to sch for Chi A LvL oral exam
don't think i did too well
topic was abt F1 racing in spore O.O
and when i told my mum abt it, she said "who ask you nvr read more newspaper and TIMES magazine"
well....reading is one thing...but translating from eng to chi is totally different
oh well...its over! =)

today sch was kinda crappy
didn't feel like going to sch for two reasons:
1) i was still feeling sick
2) the sky looked INTIMIDATING

but

i came to sch anyway...
same old stuff we did in sch
same old lame jokes from WJ, nvr fails to make me wanna slap him
and we had a security talk from 2-4pm!
THAT'S ANOTHER REASON FOR NOT COMING TO SCH!
it was super boring!!!
i mean...the content wasn't too bad
just it was draggy and the audience wasn't too cooperative
poor speakers *shakes head*

oh ya...today lydia said sth that totally surpassed WJ!
coz i was walking in front of them and i said stop following me
then lydia called me a flower

got back my math and chem paper
first time in my life i actually feel really stupid
ahhh!!!
i got an S for math and D for chem
apparently i got confused earlier the day & i thought i had a U for math(which was quite scary)! haha
i hope i do better for my other papers!!
don't care la!! i'm gonna mug from today onwards!! rarr!!!

well...today was a super fun day!
was laughing quite a lot during lessons
seriously, wenjie's gonna be the death of me with the kinda jokes he comes up with
we were going thru a DNA question on genes...
and he suddenly jux said "are they from levi's?"
i took 5 sec before i actually bothered to turn around and reply "what the heck is up with you?!"
haha...oh man...i could jux kill myself listening to his jokes la
i would jux "oh, happy dagger" myself and die!!
anyway...the 5 sec wait was called Wenjie's I.A.S
I.A.S meaning Induced Awkward Silence
coz a lot of his jokes really induce awkward silence
its amazing how he does it! =D

didn't manage to show Jiayi my new zealand photo album today
my break was really short..didn't have time =(

but sandra & lydia managed to see it
they said i look younger than my sis
not sure if its a compliment or an insult
i'll jux take it as a compliment: i'm young & youthful! =DD

went for band performance practice after the BB primer & ext UYO briefing
it was great to have the whole band there for practice
but we had some major problems with the guitar's tuning
so the whole day we were practicing in the wrong key
but we managed to finalise everything la i guess!
ohoh...anyway! the timings for our performances have changed to a later time!!
so, Jiayi!! don't have to rush down..actually maybe still need luh..
but no need so rush rush

ALRIGHT!!!! today's a special day because...
its my FIRST july post on the FIRST of july!! =D
woohoo!!!

well..my day wasn't that fantastic
in fact, it kinda sucked
yesyes...like a vacuum cleaner!
our official FIRST day of school some more...
already so bad!
it started early in the day when i was changing in the toilet
i heard this guy's friend talk abt him and this other girl
and i just stood there with my PE shorts in my hand with no pants on stoning
didn't what to say
in the end i quickly jumped into my PE shorts and walked off at the speed of light
it was a really awkward moment & for the rest of the day i was jux stuck in thought of what the guy's friend said.

during PE played frisbee
our class still isn't really united yet
most of the time you'll see the same ppl handling the frisbee
then the rest(usually the same few giggly girls) would just huddle around and watch as the disc goes from one end to another..
hmm...wonder if you can get hypnotised by watching disc fly from one side to the other...would be quite cool uh!! XD
so we played match, and my team lost...
i was super evil la now that i realised...
i kept laughing at this guy who couldn't catch the frisbee properly
sigh...
SORRY DUDE!

so the day passed and it didn't really get better
played vball at the end of the day to kinda vent my pms
it didn't work!! ahhh!!
in the end in my pms mode i kept diving for balls & ended up getting bruises
crazy right? i know!
oh well...

got back home and i decided to perk myself up with a dosage of Youtube
watched WLiiA and one particular one that Jiayi, Bernice & Wanmei just kept singing/rapping at..haha...it was really hilarious!! i guess it was the only thing that made my day
oh man!! now that they've introed me to the video i've been watching it super a lot of times already!! die la...haha...i'm even tempted to memorise the whole rap like what they did! =D

the stupid lizard has been in the same position on the same wall for the past 4 days!
what in the world was it doing there stoning????
there was only one way to find out
i sorta scraped the lizard into a plastic bag
it was dead!!
apparently lizards still have they're sticking capabilities even after they're dead!

time really flies by...
and everythings happening so quickly...
now i wish i could be lyk tat lizard...
not moving at all...as if time stood still

oh well...been studying quite hardcore this few days...

just a few days ago i was all sad and emo about all the tiredness & hw
but suddenly so many unforeseen things happened...
GP hw was postponed...
the hw was even shortened!!
its jux so amazing what He can do in situations where u think u can't get out of =)

then today was kinda a suay day for me...
played for AC chapel
played 4 songs...
and during the second song...
GUESS WHAT HAPPENED????

my guitar string snapped~
so anti-climax la!!!
string snap also muz at least last song then snap luh
snap while i was playing 2nd song only

then during break

and i rmb so many other ppl who says it was good, the best worship so far
jux made me realise how unabsolute ppl's judgements are
but...who cares? i'm playing it for God =D

then went for match today
against dunman high
during warm up...

nylon string snapped
super a lot of snapping today la...

but...good news!!
we won DunmanHigh!! =DD
we won 2 sets to 1
and i could see tat all of us were very happy
less than a month of training...

played our first vball match against TPJC
we lost
but...it was quite a close fight
and considering we only had 6 trainings!!!
in the end the score was 23-25, 11-25
didn't really play much for tat match...
at least i scored an ace!! =DD

i think the team is now better...

PRAISE GOD!! =DD
today was really a good good day!!
well...
despite the fact tat i was super tired...
nearly fainted and vomitted after PE...
yeah!i would still consider it a good day!! haha
i guess i'll talk abt the not so good stuff first...(save the best for last)

today i was jux really really tired...
i couldn't even stay awake for lectures tho i tried to
i even equipped myself with 2 tubes of mentos!!
strong mint(not recommmended for guys!) & sour mix
first lecture of the day started...
i was doing well...
listening to the lecturer..
then suddenly...
my mind started to drift away
as my eyelids started to get heavy
first lesson of the day alr feel lyk slping =S
so i took strong mint mentos
no effect
summore i ate 3!! o.o
yeah...u can see how tired i was
then after was PE
super shiong ah today
do circuits then nvr let us rest...
after tat i was sweating lyk shit...
didn't really realise i wasn't feeling well till i started feeling weird while buying water
tried to eat a waffle...
ate half and i wanted to puke...
zZzZ...sucks uh

now for the good part! =D
well...it started this morning while i was still at home...
i was jux thinking abt sth which has been on my mind ever since i got to AC
then i did sth different
i read devotions for tat day in the morning
(i usually do it in the nite! =D )
and it was jux incredible how it spoke directly to me?
it said: contentment is not about getting what u want, but being satisfied by what u have
from then i really surrendered my troubles to Him...
and after today's sch...i'm really thankful that things were jux so good! =))

the past few days have been crap
its really hard to find a chance to actually say things lyk

coz JC life really vacuum cleaners to the core
shortest day ends at 3.10pm
a day when there is only 2 seperate 20 min breaks
a day when I have 4hrs straight of lectures and tutorials
not forgetting my CCAs
the list just goes on...
there's hardly even time left for my assignments

i think i've nvr felt this tired & exhausted in my life
well...
maybe the time i was in AQ...
but...this is 2 years of my life!!

right now "burning out" seems like a reality

REALITY........
isn't it such a pain in the butt

well...today's a good day!! so i've decided to blog! haha...

but first...
shall blog abt ytd:
ytd was a super tiring day for me...
and i really do mean tiring
first there was swim PE
yeah...i noe...some of you muz be thinking
"ooOO...so fun!! SWIMMING LEH!!! no kick la"
but then again...it was 1hr plus of swimming
and its been lyk ages since i last swam??
my whole body was aching after i came out of the pool
then after sch was super rush for me...
ended sch at 3.50pm
met with Nancy & Javier then we went to FMSS to get our shirt and cap
THX THE TWO OF YOU FOR ACCOMPANYING ME BACK!! =D
then we went for lunch opposite sch
weird feeling when u have 2 frens not eating and jux looking at u eat...
haha...
anyway...then we rushed back for CF which started at 5
worshipped God
then me and Caleb had to rush off midway for vball training
ran 2.4km as warm up (zZzZ...super tired considering i swam ealier in the day)
played in the formation...
coach has been putting me in setter position...
and its really tough being a setter!! rarr
then...had to leave midway AGAIN to rush off to FMSS for worship for the BB AQ team
went void deck and met Nancy, Javier, Bryan & Charm(hmm...still havent tot of a guy's name for her!! *hint hint*)
chiong all the way to sch...
led worship...think i was too tired or sth...felt it was quite bad the worship =S
oh well...then went opposite to have dinner/supper with javier, nancy and dillon
thx guys for ytd's time tgt!! =D

now onto today:
first thing in the morning...
i totally didn't wanna get out of my bed...
my whole body felt lyk an elephant la!! (i'm sure YOU'll noe how i feel XD)
so after countless & numerous times of cheering myself on..
i managed to drag myself out of bed
went to sch for the launch of Fairfield's 120th BDAY!!! =D
we had to form the largest human badge!!! yupyup!!!
it was kinda a cool idea luh!!
then after tat me and my soccer khakis played soccer...
was quite sian...

time really flies huh...
Fun-O-Rama jux passed...
God has been truly faithful to us
bringing such good weather the whole day
giving us a 10 min sprinkling of cool rain =D

sigh...but lately i've been feeling quite down
its jux one of those days when for no particular reason u jux start thiking abt random stuff and come across sth really saddening...yeah
but as i tot deeper, asking God why He "blessed" me with such suffering & heartaches
i realised that times lyk this, they are jux lyk a coin
u can look at it one way or u can flip it around and look at it the other
for me, it was really looking at it as a suffering or a blessing
i decided to look at it as a blessing
and straight away i felt a sense of peace and joy flowing out gentle within me
it was a really nice feeling =)

but all this brings me to the point:

8.00am-12.00pm BB Enrolment
2.00pm-4.00pm Volleyball at FMSS
4.00pm-4.57pm Busride to church (apparently fell aslp and missed my stop)
4.57pm-10.00pm Soccer

super rush man...then i think vball was too tiring or sth? maybe spike against the wall too much...haha..then i fell aslp on the stupid bus!!! rarr!! and i was stuck at suntec coz it was raining!!! so i had to resort to calling my mum to fetch me to church!! :P

theres very little time left for God...

today was the first time i actually engaged in a proper convo with anyone excluding FMSS frens.

it's been a week and 2 days after tat night of my heart attack...
time passes so quickly...
but i'm glad i'm fine! THANK GOD!! =D

anyway...holidays are lyk as good as over!!

haha...recently i've been picking up on another sport
its a super fun sport la!!

so today went to church then went for Mr Tan & Ms Liang wedding briefing

u noe lately i've jux been burdened with so many decision-makings
it sucks man! like really!
ok la...who lyks decision-making? haha
but...i guess it's jux all part of growing up?
like how this famous saying goes "as you age you start to make more decisions"
hmm...if there are those who haven't heard this saying before...well...i guess it isn't tat famous hur? =P
but it really sucks...firstly it was the choice btw staying in CJ or moving to AC
it was really tough for me with all my already close frens in CJ...it was my comfort zone...and now i'm stuck btw whether or not to join Christian Fellowship or some other CCA which isn't on on fridays!
but the thing is i really lyk CF! argh!!!
oh well...decisions decisions decisions!! *scratches heads*

i guess God has been faithful
He saw me thru the first few days in AC
altho i didn't really enjoy myself at first
but He sort of blessed me with some new frens in CF

so i shall jux let God lead the way
knowing full well tat He will make good out of any decision i make, whether good or bad! =D

lately nothing much has happened in my AC life...still hanging out with my FMSS frens because i dun really have frens outside of FMSS in AC...sad life rite? sigh...
but today was kinda different...while practicing for worship with Ian met with a few of his frens...only noe Charmaine, Janice and Samson...sorry abt the rest! *bows* haha...they were really frenly! straightaway felt as if i was in the circle of frens! well...had a great time jamming at the sch bleachers with only one guitar! lol

tomolo's the first worship i'm attending...its also my first worship i'm playing guitar in! so...hopefully we dun have "morning voice"!! for those who dunno wat "morning voice" means...it basically is the condition of ur voice in the morning...can sing high de! haha...so!! wat i'm gonna do is wake up at 3.30am watch the manu match and start singing to warm up my voice!! wahahahha!! YEAH!!!

anyway...all this things abt MAS SELAMAT and all...seriously man...why they can't find him sia...S'pore how small nia...summore he'll probably be walking to avoid suspiscion with his limping left leg...but u noe...all this commotion...i sudden;y rmbed "the safest place is the most dangerous place"...so i conclude tat he's still near the prison...waiting....waiting....waiting....

i'm quite sure some of you muz be wondering how i'm doing currently....
well...my JAE posting results came out lyk last week...got posted into ACJC!!
I've a confession to make...ACJC has been my dream school since primary school, partly coz its the only JC i noe of at tat time and i live near there! i guess tats enough reasons for me to make it my dream school! XD
but...after going thru CJ in the first intake...its kinda hard to experience the same feeling in CJ now tat i'm in AC...u noe...in AC...i feel lyk an outcast...so outcasted tat i could probably enjoy myself more if there were lectures everyday every hour! i dun even have fren FRENS in AC...all i have are the FMSS ppl...sigh..it sucks man...really...i miss CJ and the frens i noe there(cherie, richmond, shiu an, jaslin, minghwee, grace)...argh!!! other than this negative stuff...the lectures are good luh i muz admit! and the environment keeps me in the studying mood...i dunno why...then today at the cafe everyone playing bridge except for me, wilson and li lin...all three of us doing math! =P so guai rite??=D
everyday is kinda slack for me...as u noe i dun have to wake up early coz my hse is jux opposite AC...(so convenient)...then everyday average only 3lectures...summore this 2 weeks ALL-LECTURE week...so i'll usually have 2h long breaks...can go gym!!! wahahahahha....anyway...not much to blog abt...

perhaps AC was better off in my dream?=S

life in CJ has still been great for me! the sch jux has many interesting events lyk the ROCKAFELLA, some rock concert for charity. but actually rite...it was quite horrible luh...but...since its for charity...i'll sacrifice my ears then! haha...
but there were a few bands tat were really damn good!! i give them 10/10!! =D

sigh...u noe...i dunno why things for me only start to get better when my days at CJ are counting down? it really sucks doesn't it...and I've even questioned God abt this...but i guess i'm still grateful for this special blessing! =) and as the saying goes "better late than nvr"! =D for now...i'll jux wait for each day and see wat God has in store for me! =))

school's been great! really enjoying the last few days here in CJC
today had CNY concert at the sch's performing arts centre...it was my first time in PAC, probably my last...haha...but the theatre was damn nice la!! really reminded me of S'pore Concert Hall but nicer! XD various performances by drama, dance, odac?, guzheng ensemble and the chocolate bars. chocolate bars is a 3person band...they sang damn well!!! and there's a Ms Elaine Lim in CJC!! how coincidental is tat?? but the one in CJC has a timing of 8min plus for her 2.4 run..and apparently she's S'pore's top 3 marathon runners! wow! damn pro rite? so after the concert we had some mass yu sheng lou-ing! i was predicting 20% of the yusheng left after we lou coz the rest would be either on the floor, table or on us! XD but i jux our class was pro in the end it was lyk 99.9% left!

after we were dismissed, me and JM went back to FMSS...then met up with wilson and caleb...and caleb jux went into a punching fit...sudenly keep punching me lyk siao!! rarr!!! so u think u buff la!! haha...nvm...next time i more buff! lol...then was walking to the busstop to go clementi when i saw jp and eleanor (and some other girl but dunno who is she...jux figured i shldn't leave her out if not very unfair! haha)...was real happy to see them coz i think its been quite some time since i last saw them...so i walked up to them then eleanor hugged me! wah...she ah...suddenly so strong...lyk constricting me...suffocate ah...haha...i can't imagine if i didn't see her for a longer period of time and then i suddenly saw her...hmm...probably hug me until i die...XD love ya mei! then after tat rushed to the bus...went clementi and realised tat it was DARN crowded!!! so wilson was lyk "AIYA...whos the one who wanted to go clementi one ah~?" haha...so in the end we took a bus to anchorpoint to eat the KFC there...and the three of them were making fun of RUTH la...oh..and i found out ruth was a worker in KFC...not a realy nice person...lol...and thruout the trip i saw 3 ppl along the way...caleb was lyk wah lau...i only saw 1 la...all in all...it was another crazy day out with them as usual...haha...

most wouldn't think that this day would come...i too thought so...but now...its jux 14hr plus to the release of O lvl results...and...its really not a nice feeling! after going thru orientation and the time spent with the class during tutorials & lectures...i guess one would forget that the O results are coming out pretty soon. that was for my case...and now, abt half of my class wanna pon sch tomolo...haha...but the thing is tomolo got PE!!! how to pon if ur a Nathanael Lee Zhen Kai??? it will be lyk a pikachu not doing thunder moves or a Doraemon not using his magical infinite space pouch or a fish not wanting to jump into the water...its jux weird! lol...hope the ppl reading this geddit becoz if u dun....ill laugh at u!! haha...

sigh...ytd's vball training was quite a strainious one for me...probably coz i nvr work out for a long time...but it was quite a fun training! =D
at first we did some warm ups...then dunno why the guys muz sprint while the gals didn't have to...so sexist la!! haha...oh well...then our training started with a game of dodgeball! YES! dodgeball! as quoted from my trainer "vball is not abt the hand movements...its abt the legs...ur reflexes!"...so she said we will play dodgeball at the beginning of every training...haha...then after tat we practiced our serving...and apparently i can't really coordinate my hands while i'm up in the air...everytime i hit it goes high and not low!! sigh...nvm...first training only...lol...but some of the J1s there are quite funny! lol...they really made my day man...theres this guy...when a ball is hit to his direction...he jux stands there and tries to hit the ball when its incredibly far from him? then all of us were lyk laughing and telling him "Karthik!! run to the ball!! the ball can't run to u!!" lol...then when he tries to set the ball to his teamate, he sets it....downward!! =P k la..shant make fun of my fellow vballer...XD oh...and after the first training, i've officially banned myself from using my foot to try to hit a low ball...coz i tried it and i hit a senior's nose. *ouch* i noe...feel bad abt it..=S lol...

today i jux recieved news tat MOE is making chapel services an outside normal curriculum activity!!! its so WTP la!! means now fairfield can't have their normal chapel services in the morning...and devotions aren't possible coz MOE says only 5min for assembly!! rarr!! wats this world coming to!!! this sucks lyk a vacuum cleaner man!! chapel is lyk part of a Fairsians life and they take it away from us?? wah lau...I PROTEST!!! i jux hope everything will still go well in FMSS...=S

currently enjoying life at CJ! haha...everything seems lyk its going smoothly~ =))
but all this i really have only God to thank...u noe to be honest i was quite angry when i was doing the sch selection thingy for PAE...cause my mum practically did the sch selection instead of me...well...she did some readjustments...at first i didn't want to go CJ...wanted to JJ instead...after looking back...i really thank God for putting me at CJ and helping me to adapt to the new environment...made new frens real fast! =)) gosh...not sure whether or not to leave CJ during the 2nd intake...=S

lessons been quite manageable...except for Bio...still kinda blur during Bio...and the only difference in O lvl and A lvl Bio is the type of microscope they use...in JC they view cells using an EM(electron Microscope) which is lyk much more powerful than those used in O lvl...so we have to learn new terms of cells...stress sia...

hmm...and my class one by one getting sick...theres some kinda mysterious aura going around our class...*looks suspiscious* no la...kidding...jux some flu virus...i'm down with it i think...sigh...then my class some of the ppl suddenly had the urge to do mass dance during lessons...LOL...its quite funny! XD

ytd i went back to FMSS for BB...it was kinda sad to see the sec 4s this year still not meeting our expectations...well...i shan't consider them a "defect" batch...perhaps they're jux late bloomers! =P at sch also found out tat there were some probs within the main comm...sigh...its real real sad to see council at this state. JIAYOU BB & SC!! =D

after tat went for dinner with my batch of councillors...it was so great to see all of them again! gosh! and we had so much fun talking abt our different orientations and stuff...haha...i guess we'll probably keep having this weekly dinner meetings!=)

dinner ended abt 8 plus...had to rush to orchard for a class bday gathering! haha...it was kinda funny coz usually ppl at this time taking transport back home...but i'm lyk taking transport to go out...XD couldn't really miss this gathering since if i did it would be the 2nd gathering i would miss, and summore it was Cherie's bday! lol...now i feel good tat i actually went! heheh...so there i was at orchard walking sooooooo fast to PEPPER LUNCH!!! ok...jux wondering why PEPPER LUNCH actually sells food during dinner time...ANYWAY...lol...when i got there i had quite a good welcome response! XD so we sat there and chit chat...i had a really fun time there...ate this cake which was lyk 50% cream, 20% water, 30% spongecake? it was kinda eeww~~ haha...then Cherie lyk drunk lyk tat...tsk tsk...well...leaving was a tough decision...i had to leave but they didn't want me to...i guess we'll jux have to wait till monday to see each other again! =))

today went out with my best buddies to watch a movie...watched "one missed call". a show abt this spirit tats in hp and kill ppl after leaving a voice message after a missed call. i tot it was quite a good show...not lyk those average horror movies...but the ending was damn abrupt...sigh...wat a bad way to end a good show!! rarr!!!

sigh...today was lyk a cruise gone wrong. it was so super smooth sailing today in sch...everyone said hi lyk we knew each other for 10 years...it was a really great feeling! i guess thru the orientation, 1T24 has really openned up to each other and talking and expressing themselves. =)) and now theres lyk this DAILY routine tat some of the class peeps will do: the SPECIAL handshake with the lil flick of the thumb, and also the regular "HI NAT!" from Jaslin! haha...i guess this are the few things ill miss most when the first month is over!

had our first lectures and tutorials...met with our respective subject teachers...some of them were entertaining, some of them were boring, one of them jux had problem speaking in proper eng. haha...shhh....shant reveal the name! XD but other than tat time flew by so swiftly. well...today i also improved on my complaining skills and giving-negative feedback skills!! damn happy!! lol...muz thank Jaslin, Cheri and Madeline. all i had to do was complain to them! =P

after sch had vball trials...so tiring!! we keep practicing on jumping...then jump here jump there...by tonite i sure grow lyk 5 cm taller? lol...then after tat we practiced on receiving and setting! setting was so damn difficult...its lyk the hardest thing in vball la...then while waiting for my turn to set got this group of gals playing vball then i think one of them mishit the ball...then JM go shout "headshot!" then i quickly squat down and put my hand over my head...then the group of gals laugh at me. -.-" then after tat incident they keep calling me the duck guy...

from this sentence on, its all abt my bad experience today...so...feel free to read or dun read at all! =)
today sucked even tho it was fun was due to a few reasons...but i think the most evident one is this ANTI-NAT thingy going on with the guys in my class. i dunno..i jux have this feeling...sigh...its really sad...really...being in a new environment...with new frens...and the 2nd week of sch and the guys are all saying "wahlao...pangseh!". haix...its one of those situations where u have divided loyalty. sth lyk tat. and its those typical case when a group "chops" u first before another group...and then there are words lyk "sui loh...group with the gals...group with us la"...sigh...i hate it when ppl say things abt me which aren't true and aren't nice...but what can i do? i can't jux go up to them and say "wat the **** is ur ****ing prob! not happy i group with gals ah...they ask me first rite?" altho i really wanted to do tat...but those who noe me i'm not lyk tat...i jux sit there get "tossed around" lyk a freaking ball with no respect! really...JC life IS different...its no more WOW! YOU WERE THE BB HEAD AND A STUDENT COUNCILLOR? they dun care...its lyk getting a clean new slate...honestly, a small part of me is saying "it sucks sitting at the back where all the gals are".

well...its a new week!!!
heres wat happened on Monday:
wasn't feeling too enthu abt sch coz today was when we change our groups to our actual class...its lyk...the past three days of orientation for nth la...then get to noe the ppl also for nth...sigh...the sch a bit the funny ah...oh well...went to sch...had a hard time finding my name on the board...so when i found my class, i realised me, JM and daryl woo all different class tho we in same subject combi!!! more agony for us!! haha...well...got to break some ice with my class...found out got one past group member in tat class...so we were sticking with each other...then the whole class thinks both of us are tgt...zZzZ...damn childish la...then after tat everything they pick on me...nominate me for Head Tutor Councillor(which is lyk Monitor)..then nvm..i jux stare out the window stone...was dam angry la...u dunno how i felt lyk..i felt lyk...blasting a soccer ball rite in their nuts! D= okok...but in the end i didn't...went back to FMSS to relief my anger...was so glad to see so many 4E ppl...totally forgot i was angry after tat...lol!!

Today:
i was really hoping today would be better than ytd...and..my hopes materialised!! woohoo~~~ damn happy!! really bonded with the class better...at first the beginning was damn sian diao...but after lunch and the wet games all of us got closer...but i think it was becoz of me...hehe...really!! not trying to be proud loh...coz we were in the class then a grp was playing bridge...then the rest of us stoning....had lyk 40 min to stone?? so i was thinking "...hmm..cannot la lyk tat...stone so long confirm become rock one" so i gathered them tgt and taught them the MING MANG MONG game...i seriously didn't noe how it would turn out...thought it would be quite boring to them...but...it turned out the other way!! they really enjoyed it!! and i had loads of fun with them!! =DD then after tat it was mass dance!! we successfully completed the steps so we were jux dancing...then it was damn funny...when we change partner, my partner was Jaslin. a girl from my class...then she was lyk waving and said "hi NAT!!"...and she takled abt how nat was lyk a gals name coz of Natalie etc...oh well...wateva makes them happy! lol...

today's the second day of orientation...
on the first day everyone jux felt damn foreign to me...arrived in sch too early...tried to find the toilet on my own but couldn't...asked a fren where it is then he tell me near the library and i'm lyk "wheres the friggin library"...but in the end i managed to find it!! wahahaha...then had some icebreakers...each group had two facilitators...sth lyk councillors in secondary sch terms...then one of them looks EXACTLY lyk Mrs Jeanette Wang la!! too uncanny le!! summore her name called Jessica...at first i tot "wah...the names quite close...maybe same surname" but then her surname XIE...oh well...then during icebreaker damn scary...play double whacko...then the girl behind me suppose to protect me cant remember the names of the others...i was lyk panicking there la!! so i made her memorise two ppl's names...hehe...oh...then we learn this mass dance...damn cool!! i'm actually starting to lyk it...next time can memorise tat time i show u all...then muz hold gals hands and dance la...so malu...sigh...but anyway...today was more fun la...played a lot of games then got ultra wet!! zao geng la!! i think today i was damn sway. played dodgeball...i dodge until damn good liao...then summore shoot a ball...i dodge...then keep looking at the ball fly all the way behind...then SUDDENLY!!! *bish* some ball whack my FACE!! MY FACE LA!! and then no one say sorry...summore i out...wth...give tat guy yellow card la!! zZzz...then nvm...then play this pointless game called JACOB'S LADDER...then some facilitator got some pail of water..."aiya...got extra water..." then he go splash at our group...sway sway 80% water splash on me...haix...poor me can?? lol...oh well...but it was fun la...can't wait for tomolo...they say gonna row in a big puddle of mud? eew...haha...

woohoo!! its a new year!! hopefully it wont be a year of dreaded stuff...haha...well..ytd was really fun!! met yiling, allicia, shuyi, robin and jacon to go see fireworks at the DURIAN, esplanade for those who dunno!! haha...went there at abt 8 plus...it was lyk chao crowded there la!! then we had to squeeze thru marine parade to esplanade then we find out there to squeezy so we moved to fullerton then thruout the whole thing it was lyk an adventure...jump over railing la...walk on soil...wah...lyk national treasure!! lol...so we managed to find a spot near fullerton hotel! then we jux wait there for the fireworks...when it finally came...suddenly i jux felt damn happy!! haha...it was super worth the squeezing thru the crowd...XD well...here are some pics taken last nite:

jux came back from a chalet with my good good frens! 3 days 2 nites! on the first day we overshot our budget by $86 because our budget was only $5 for food & drinks!! haix...sad ah sad...but...we managed! =D then went to the chalet played pool...realised i'm quite good at it!! well...still quite sucky la...but...not bad le! XD then went to play poker & blackjack with poker chips...damn funny! here was how it went...we played poker first...then some of us started losing a lot of chips...so we decided to play blackjack and appointed the one with the most chips as the banker...super fun la with Caleb recklessly betting....crazy guy...then play until 5 plus in the morning...zZzZ...summore had to go back all the way to sch to help the council...tired man...so the first day only had 30 min of slp! =S on the 2nd day came back jux in time for bbq! had some trouble with the cheese prawn thx to Allicia who put the shiny side of the aluminium foil on the outside...haix...fail physics liao...lol..kidding! =) then after tat had some heart to heart talk and finally midnite cycling...can u imagine how tired i was?! i was nearly slp cycling...zZzZ...then cycled to changi village...see all those disgusting transvestites...eew...damn sick la...and i can't imagine GUYS actually go find them? its as good as gay? gosh...well..to sum it up...the chalet was great la...had super loads of fun and laughter! =D

anyway...i have a confession to make...i nearly wanted to go around knocking on random ppl's door and shouting "ho ho ho! merry christmas!"..lol...lucky i didn't...if not i would really have a CHRISTmas to rmb!! XD well...how did i spend my first few early hours of CHRISTmas? my family actually went to a fren's hse for dinner. at first i felt damn awkward becoz got a lot of other ppl i was not familiar with...but...somehow i got used to it...then there was this super cute little girl...i think she jux ended K2...then i think she saw me standing around eating my dinner...so she go tell her dad to tell me to sit down...i sorta overheard (hehe...sorry uh...my hearing good! haha)...i turned to look at her then she smiled and pointed on the chair behind her...so i smiled back then go there sit...=D
oh...and i realised girls this days are maturing too fast!! ok la...maybe only a few...at the dinner party i saw 2 girls...at first i was thinking "wah...look so mature...must be 18 years old"...then when one of the parent came to talk to me, he told me tat she jux finished PSLE...then i'm said "oh...ok" but in my mind i was thinking "WAT?!?! so young look lyk tat liao!!" anyway...she quite pretty la.HAHA!XP

rarr...today got another CHRISTmas party at my church...i'm suppose to be playing for worship and the performance...the performance is damn gay...i'm suppose to sing out of tune for a song i can sing in tune...for those who dunno rite....its hard to sing out of tune when u can actually sing in tune...u go try now! haha...its damn difficult...so i had to resort to my high pitch screaming...which is lyk totally NOT out of tune...lol...

ok...ytd i was lyk "killing" myself for rushing. actually had some worship prac at Tampines at 7.30pm. then i got a movie at 9.30pm at vivo. so......i went for prac thinking i could make it back to vivo in time...well.......i left quite late...i left the practice place at 8.30pm...walked as fast as i could to the MRT and then take a train to Vivo. and the good news was i managed to get there before 9.30!! woohooo!! i'm damn good la!! lol...anyway...i had to go vivo to watch a movie with my family. sneak peaks for NATIONAL TREASURE: BOOK OF SECRETS. haha...its a super good show man!! summore 2hours plus movie!! worth the money!! XD no la...but its a really exciting show...more exciting than the first movie...and u noe wat?! i actually went wikipedia to check on all the stuff said in the movie...too interesting liao..well..currently i have watched all the shows tat i wanted to watch. ALVIN & THE CHIPMUNKS was a cute show...lol...i love Theodore!! so fat and chubby!! jux feel lyk going to the screen and squishing its cheeks!! HAHA...anyway...i also watched I AM LEGEND.u noe at first i tot the movie would be lyk a 2hr plus movie? coz i mean this kinda shows would be more suited under the category of long shows...but then...i was disappointed tat it was lyk 80min show? somewhere there la...BUT...i tot the storyline was good...especially the ending...unexpected sia...rarr!! oh ya...for those who dunno...I AM LEGEND actually comes out on Christmas. so i watched it early! HAHA...okok..enough abt movies...

a special day has jux gone by...tat special day was SUNDAY!! =DD
well...it was special for many reasons:

1) Played for main worship for the FIRST TIME! =D
2) Had Holy Communion for first time NOT at the projector

well...the xmas thingy at national lib was great fun man!! at first i wasn't expecting much of a laugh...but...i really laughed my heart out!! and who wouldn't when Hossan Leong was one of the cast.haha...the rest of the casts were equally funny...though there was one part of the prog i was totally "huh?" over wat they were saying...coz in hokkien! lol...oh...and i THINK i saw two aldersgate church members there...can't really rmb their names since i dun go there every week...hmm...i think one of them was called Natalie coz Maverick always bugging me to say HI to her coz both of us are Nats. haha...the other one i can't rmb!! argh!! sorry uh!! lol..

haha...anyywa...this hols i've been eating a lot...lyk super really a lot...i think i'm growing fat...sigh...time to exercise man!! sigh...kinda sad tat i couldn't make it for my class chalet due to family plans...really miss u guys!! so far life's been good for me...jux slping, eating, watching tv...same routine over and over and over and over and...i think u get my point. lol...BUT...i jux decorated my room...now it looks nice and cozy! =DD decorating my room has been a dream which was shattered everytime till now...haha...after throwing all my secondary sch stuff away, its lyk a whole chunk of my room has been disposed of...now i see my room lyk hotel room lyk tat! right now i'm playing this game called BIOSHOCK. at first i got tat game coz it got a lot of good reviews abt it...so i tot "hey...why not try it out"...then...5 min into the game i was lyk turning at every corner carefully in case some monster flew out...it turned out to be some scary game la!! but...its a nice game...no wonder get so good reviews! haha...

jux watched hitman ytd...and the day before ytd i posted tat i wouldn't watch a baldy shooting ppl!lol...well...the show was not bad la...but i wouldn't watch it a second time...and i definitely dun think its worth $9++ to go watch it. here's why..firstly, he hides his guns beforehand nearly everywhere la! he walks around in a hotel and grabs his two guns in an ice tray...then later on he takes out two guns from the toilet bowl O.O' imagine all the stinky pee on those guns...haha...and the show revolves around this phrase:

okok!! this post i made so much effort to jux tell myself to post!! lol...so...hurray to me!! =DD

well...it was fun man!! i mean...really fun! then i'm glad all of us dressed up as 80s ppl...with those big aviator specs and afro wigs etc...it was funny watching them flaunting their oldies stuff! for me? i wore some khaki-coloured-jacket-looking shirt with white SKINNY JEANS and aviator specs.the skinny jeans was kinda weird coz i was damn hipster...then i needed to pull my pants up desperately...and thruout the night i was asking myself why i bought such a big pants...lol...anyway...we had some disco dancing and some performances by the different departments...then the night event ended with performances from the sec4s. for me i was in the 4 man band called "Caleb & his love birds"! haha...well...i tot our performance was not bad...can actually go record our song and send to those producers!! tat good u noe?! haha..dun play play! then after tat took lots of pics...but then...my stupid camera locked up in the council room...then scared will set off alarm so we only opened it the next morning...in the end my cam no pics...sigh...

due to the strong demand for posting....here i am posting for the first time in a long time(coz i'm STILL having exams!!! haha)

ok...lets see what happened in the time i din't post...
well...went to 1A chalet for 2 days 1 night...and they still wanted me to stay one more night...O.O hmm..it was fun!! playing all the card games!! it didn't turned as boring as i tot it'd be..=P then 2nd day went to OCH(Old Changi Hospital) look look see see.wat did i think of tat place? erm...on the outside it really looked super old...which makes me wonder why the building is still there when Singapore is like trying to develop more...ok..ANYWAY...haha...when i went inside it was cold...but then lyk most of the ppl all stop there.."wah...shit...damn cold leh!"..i think its coz TV usually tell us if got ghost means very cold or wat...which got me thinking...imagine an aircon room!! wah...super chao ji haunted!! LOL!! so after we got over the coldness, we went to explore a bit inside...actually it looks alright on the inside...look lyk any normal rundown building...if they didn't say it was haunted i would have tot it was jux a normal building..then suddenly they talk abt a red indian then dunno wat if u smell something dun turn back...but we didn't smell anything...haha...oh ya...sth unexpected happened during chalet...kinda awkward when it happened..=S dun mean to discourage u or anything...but...its jux wrong place wrong time...thats why she freaked out...

then next day went steamboat dinner with 1A '04 to discuss abt class chalet. kinda funnny man!! haha...me and allicia beat 4 eggs and put into the soup...then put 3 eggs in it to hard boil...oh man..we had a lot of eggs...die le...lol...then we cook sunny sideup in the steamboat machine...ohoh...and...i'm nvr gonna kill a crab ever again...its DAMN SICK!!! omg...damn cruel la...no wonder in the end i nvr eat the crab! XD

its been lyk ages since i last posted...haha...so........anyone kept track of how many days have passed since this post?? XD anyway...yes! ytd was my bday!! which lyk jux passed abt 2 hours ago...didn't really expect much out of ytd since its during O lvls...but...i'm still grateful for all the wishes and gifts! =D
wanna thank allicia for her bday card and 2 oreo biscuit sticks and a hersheys marshmallow...i noe u took some away time from ur studying...so i thank you even more! haha...then wanna thank family for bringing me nice place for dinner!! (yummy!!) and also the BB officers for buying me a cake and celebrating downstairs my hse from 10 plus onwards which made it look lyk an illegal gathering of bday partyers! lol...yupyup...and loads of thx to everyone!! =D

tomolo's the start of Os...first paper A Math...and honestly...i dunno wat to feel now...scared?anxious?excited?hyper? its lyk...all this years i've nvr really tot tat this day would come...and guess wat...that day is jux tomolo! =D hahas...ytd and today i've jux been chionging my geog...been studying marriane chong throughout the two days...and today in church i jux look lyk a tired piece of crap! lol...
anyway...church today was different...its lyk...i felt myself really being drawn into worship...its amazing how in the midst of all this exam/studying/stress...i can find time jux for God...i noe for some it maybe hard...and i'm not perfect...i've been through those times before...but in those times i really felt lyk there was this void in my heart...no God = no "life"...anyway...heres my challenge to all of u peeps out there...wateva u do...no matter how busy u may be...find time for God...dun have to be long convo with Him...jux a short one would do...jux spend some alone time with Him...and ull be amazed at what it could do to u! =))

sian leh..today chemistry practical! so difficult luh!! i think its the most difficult practical i ever had in my whole entire chem life! first qn test for gas...i test for every gas also wrong la!!! wat the...i bet its a trick qn...no gas actually...!! oh well...i guess everyone also had trouble with tat same qn...4E were practically sulking at the end of it...all the way to the quarantine room!! then i heck care la...jux did my own studying...can't be bothered...wrong then wrong...cannot do anything abt it...rarr!! then went to study after being quarantined...did a lot of studying today...so i'm very happy with myself!! then me and keith did a video!! ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!! today physics practical!!! really didn't have a good feeling during the exam...in my head i was thinking "shit shit shit!!! something doesn't feel rite...wats wrong?!?!"...and only rite after it ended then i found out my mistake!!! MY REFRACTED RAY MEASURE WRONGLY!!! I NVR MEASURE AGAINST THE NORMAL!!! NOOOOOooooooooooooooo~~~~ wah lau...i noe u all laughing at me now loh at ur homes in front of ur coms...think i dunno uh...hahas...its ok...anyway...i think the invigilator sounded quite calm and composed...cool voice!! tsk tsk...
then after tat quarantine in the performing arts room from 10 plus 11 all the way to 1.50pm!! so long la!! then decided to do some physics...and i realise MGS physics paper is really out of my league...well..tat was wat i thought coz first qn i alr dunno how to do! FIRST qn leh!! how demoralising is tat...lol...well...this few days have been staying back in sch to study with my classmates...but sometimes i jux find it hard to concentrate...grrr...cannot sit still for too long! =S

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!! nvr in my whole secondary sch life did i think that this day would come!! the last day of school!! the end of a decade in the walls of Fairfield!! and it was filled with sadness for most of us as we realise the days/weeks/years spent tgt are coming to an end! so long to the many happy memories tgt! well...today we jux took lots of pics and then we had thxgiving service! i LOVE the atmosphere during worship!! it was great to see the whole lvl jux really giving praise and worship to the Lord...it was indeed heartwarming to see everyone worshiping tgt to one God! =D worship team!! hope this wont be our last time playing tgt!! we shld continue ya? come back next year play for chapel!! one thing that my dover mate, walk-home buddy, and friend said that I felt was very true was this "its because of simple and stupid things that we do that make the class so united." and i totally agree with it...imagine a class tat was GUAI and mundane, ordinary...we, as a class wouldn't be special or unique! hahas...rite rite! XD well...jux one more day before i end A DECADE IN FAIRFIELD...from a small cute boy in P1 to a (hopefully still cute XD) mature young man in sec 4...gosh...and it seems lyk it was jux ytd when i was in my secondary one class! with Ms Sharon Koh(now married liao...Mrs Sharon Chua) and the funny and lame math lessons with Mr Lim...lol...oh how we used to worship THE RED FILE, which had the words "propogate the species"! but now i'm finding myself missing 4E...indeed we've grown as a class from a shitty 3E to a absolutely wonderful 4E! =))

hahas...today was another crazy day! i would officially call it the "WAH" DAY! WAH because today the whole class was jux wah-ing damn loud everywhere we go...lyk suddenly someone will say "wah! Mr Firhad damn handsome today leh!"...then the ppl around him will all shout "WAH!!!!" tsk tsk...it was damn fun!!
well...we brought back some laughter today by reminding ourselves of wat jessica said...she said that her mama told her cannot drink water from the water bottle after u try to make whirlpool in the waterbottle. it was kinda funny luh coz she told us the reason for not drinking it...she said that we will get headache after drinking the water...probably coz the kinetic energy will be transfered into ur stomach then u also giddy then kana headache! XD

ahhhhhhhhhh!!! last tues in FMSS!!! damn sad la can? jux talked to cuifen...and both of us really find tat 4E mean so much to us? and we only start to realise it now...so late liao then start to treasure things...well..at least we still have abt less than one week before our study break and then O lvl...sian...emo emo luh...on fri i will be well equipped with loads of tissue paper in case any one cries! =)

WOAH~~~!!! today was jux high hiGH HIGH!!! whole class was damn hyper!!! we started off damn emo coz our chairman suddenly sad tat its our last week in school officially...then his emoness spread...so all sorts of funny ideas start popping out...lyk...bringing camera everyday to take our last pictures of fairfield!XD

today in church, there was a slideshow presentation abt a missiontrip to tai dam. and i think one thing tat dawn said tat really made me think hard was that christians who are under persecution really keep their faith in God going strong...while others who have more freedom take it for granted and his/her christian life may be wavering. then suddenly i was thinking abt the problems we face here in s'pore...exams? friendship problem? family problem? suddenly i jux had this sudden drive to lead worship next week. dunno why also...the feeling jux came out of nothing...hahas...anyway...writing testimonial abt MYSELF...so weird la...i mean...who in the rite mind would write sth abt himself/herself? only the most thick skin and bhb person would do tat la...anyway...yes...my whole class has to do wat thick skin ppl do...and i'm relaly having a tough time writing abt myself...and it's not tat i can't find sth to write abt myself? its more lyk going against human nature of not being thick skin? lol...so now i'm lyk asking everyone what my character is lyk! why do things jux turn out so so bad after it has jux become good? its as if staying in a "good" mode is only temporary...it feels kinda shitty sometimes...emotions jux going haywire inside u...sometimes u jux dunno how to feel...sad? angry? happy? worried? wat else can u feel? seriously man...all this stuff jux gives me a headache!
i'm lyk nearly...NEARLY at the brink of falling off this cliff into the unknown world of rage...and honestly...there are not many things in this world that makes me pissed...usually i'm lyk 24/7 happy refusing to flinch at life's irritating nudges...but when i'm pissed...i really jux burst...and with Os coming so soon...my mind is really stressed and it sort of makes getting pissed easier?but i dun mean to get pissed at anyone if i really do...

O lvl coming = more stress
pressure to do even better = most stress
hasn't heard mum talk for past 2 days

days go by and i'm starting to wonder if the exam stress is becoming more and more evident in our lives...hmm...well...today was Kuei Der's bday and we sang him bday song for a total of abt 11 times?? hahas...super crazy!! every lesson we go: "HUH?!?! TODAY KUEI DER'S BDAY AH?!?!" then we start singing him song!! lol...damn crazy!! then we had A Math for two different periods...so we actually sang him twice in A Math until the teacher go crazy!! XD man...the crazy stuff that we do!! well...wat a better timing than now since we're gonna leave the school soon! :P

ohoh...today!! FINALLY HAD OUR FIRST PE AFTER A LONG TIME!!! during assembly we were lyk "YAY!!! PE after this!!! woohoo~~~" all very happy!! then during PE we all damn tired!! hahas...too long nvr exercise le...then i played capt ball...run here jump there until felt lyk fainting...but it was kinda fun luh!! dunno why suddenly this time i can defend so many balls...then throw ball tat time i wanted to try the "from-my-half-to-the-other-half-score" shot...wah lau...didn't noe i can throw tat far la!! i throw until out without the ball bouncing!! hahas...probably muscles developed from all the social studies and geog essays!! well...finding it had to jux find time to blog since i'm spending lots of my time studying/doing hw/reading books etc...this time really studying mode liao...no faking it...when i'm out with my parents i would wish i was back home doing sth more productive...:P anyway...today went kim's church...second time i went le...dunno why but i kinda lyk her church...worship style kinda similar to the youth in my church...so probably tats why! hahas...=DD then today at the church...waited for kim downstairs for lyk half an hour?? so after tat i no patience le..so i went up to the santuary to wait for her...then...guess who i saw?!?! kim!! lol...rarr!! nvr tell me u come up liao...haiyooo...how can make ppl wait?? summore guest leh!! *shakes head* lol...

anyway...high sch musical fever is still around...it was noticeable when me and wilson went to caleb's hse...suddenly both of them jux sing to the CD...then i jux sit there get entertained by them since i dunno the song coz i nvr watch...wait...I HAVENT EVEN WATCH HIGH SCH MUSICAL ONE!!!! darn...oh well...but all i noe its very musical style...(lyk duH its called high sch MUSICAL)...hahas...but it was hilarious seeing the both of them sing!! both of them refering to caleb and wilson!! caleb sing the male part(Troy) then wilson sing the female part(gabrielle)...lol...then u see wilson whole face red when he sing the high parts!! XD then they sang this song "gotta go my own way"...wah...suddenly damn drama...u see caleb expression really suit the mood of the song...HAHA...if i didn't noe them i would think they're gay! whoops!! hehe...no offence!! :P

personal comments: totally suck at this subject la!! not cut out to be historian/geographian

personal comments: quite happy with this result! usually would score a B4 or lousier

okok...muz tell u all abt bio...me and yibei were sitting in the hall...scared of wat our results would be...we got back our papers one by one...starting from BIO PRAC. i got 23.5/40. which was damn lousy...so i sort of was in a sad mood...then next was PAPER 1 MCQ...i got 39/40!! which was good!! so now its 1-1, sad vs happy!
then yibei help me calculate...i had to get at least a 40.5/50 for PAPER 2 to get an A1...i tot it was impossible coz 40.5 is quite high...but then she kept saying muz believe in miracles!! so i believed and she prayed for me...(wah...so nice rite? *ahem* XD) then i got back my PAPER 2 back page...afraid to turn it over...i jux took a deep breath and turned it over...

ok...its official...blood pressure checking machines can't be trusted...seriously...i was jux checking it jux now to see how my blood was...well..firstly let me jux show u the range and wat status is my blood.

120-129 : normal
130-139 : high-normal
140-149: hypertension(mild)
(so on and so forth)

so i took my first reading...after a few minutes and a few beeps...the screen showed 139...so i looked at the instruction sheet and i was lyk "139...139...hmm...orh...there 139...er...high-normal leh..."...then i didn't trust the machine...so i took a second reading...after a few minutes and (yes) beeping...i looked at the screen...and my eyes jux largened lyk it nvr largened before...140!!! i went crazy!!!! hypertension ah!!! slowly following footsteps of my dad...but i told myself "wait wait...calm down...cannot be luh..."...so i went to take a third reading...wah..this time i was damn focused...i try to do some stretches first...breathe in breathe out...calmed myself down...then took the test...next...i look at the screen...130!!!! this time i fed up le..."wah lau!! 139 to 140 to 130!!! my blood pressure so crazy one meh!!! stupid machine..." lol...well...now my family tell me watch wat i eat...=S rarr....

ytd didn't post coz i came back quite late...then mama nvr help me log in...BUT..................ytd is a must blog-abt!!
well..ytd i was jux damn happy to see my whole family laughing and talking tgt the whole day!! its lyk...not once did any of us quarrel or anything...jux talk and laughing...it felt great man!! and i must say it's the first time we are ever lyk tat...and i hope it wont be the last time...lol...so i shall remember ytd by giving 7 SEPT a name....MY-FAMILY-ROCKS DAY!!!

then at night went for cell group...my dad suppose to lead worship...then he go tell me lead...so i was lyk..."huh?? me ah?? ok loh.."...well..it went quite smoothly...hahas...nearly all of them lyked my sharing...so i guess it was good!! hehe! today went sentosa...hahas...it was fun luh but could have been more fun...as in...all we did was jux vball and sit on the tram twice...then kena sunburn...oh...i tried to catch fish too!! hahas...well...we had lunch there...then i was reminded of last nite's movie i caught "rattatouille"(is tat how u spell it??)...so i order this hot and spicy beef noodles...and then i saw vinegar...so i started thinking...."hmm...spicy plus sour equals shiok!!"..ok..so i took a lot of vinegar...then pour it in!! lol..and the end product was really damn shiok!! drank up all the soup!! woots~~~ i really can become chef le!! tsk tsk...oh well...overall it was fun i guess...but...it would be more fun with more ppl and more activities...hehe...

HAPPY TEACHERS' DAY!!!
oh man...today's teachers' day celebration is by far the best i've ever seen...totally filled with fun and laughter...and the video was not bad...super funny...but now i no face to see ppl le...XD

anyway...here's why teachers are soooooooooooooo important:
firstly, without teachers, there wouldn't be a sch!!
and without a sch, there wouldn't be us, students!!
and without students, shops selling textbooks and uniforms will lose money!!
and without business, Singapore's economy will fall!!

after today's paper...i really felt lyk a large boulder had been lifted from my brain...all the information just diffusing out into the environment...and i'm happy tat A MATH was quite easy. yeah...but i dunno why i jux didn't feel happy?? its as if i have this large big open space of happiness but i can only run around a small area? i jux dun have the energy to laugh lyk i used to...I'm definitely not smiling lyk i mean it...u noe everytime when things worth rejoicing happens in my life...i always think of you...and i really want to tell u abt it lyk how i always used to in the past...but then as i look at things now...i nvr can do it again...oh well...i guess i've jux gotta get used to the new lifestyle...the new me...

i guess things in life don't always turn out the way they're supposed to...
take for example the picture of a granny but if u look at it from another direction its a young lady...another example would be 2x2=4 but square root of 4 may not be 2 but can also be -2...or how compatible things are but yet they nvr seem to get along...things aren't always what they seem are they? and dun u get pissed off when its lyk tat? hahas...

after all tat's happened in my life...i think God really made me open my eyes to a lot of stuff unknown...He made me realise jux how fragile the things in this world are...well...maybe not in a physical sense...lyk how damn good frens can be jux so freaking far jux after a change of heart and words of honesty from the bottom of it...since when did our teachers or parents ever mention abt the negative effects of moral values? it has always been "we should not tell lies!!" or "honesty is the BEST policy"...sigh...sometimes i wished i could jux go back in time to change wat i've done...have u ever wat would happen if the things tat happened didn't happen? gosh...we would still be talking, laughing, joking lyk theres no tomolo...looking eye to eye, waving, smiling, saying "hi"...really regretted doing what i did...maybe if i kept it to myself things would be so much better...=)

so right now i'm jux thinking how to forget you and all the things tat happen...and i noe for myself tat its impossible to...coz either way it would still hurt the same...maybe not to u...why would u feel hurt?well...really hope ur not...guess i'll jux be going home straight everyday...less on the com...jux one-to-one with my books...waiting for time to fly by...and soon it would jux be a really sad bye-bye for me...mite as well jux erase each other from our heads to ease wateva pain we may have.

really having a bad headache now...i feel so drained...so...demoralised...so...lifeless...so...not myself...rarr
